Refund Policy

First charge: if the first file isn't useful to you, email hello@formationfeed.co within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Renewals: renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If we fail to deliver a week's file, we extend your subscription by a week.

Annual plans: the 7-day refund applies to the first annual charge. After that, cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.
